To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdocusCTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to any termination provisions agreed upon.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdocusCTO operates.
