All AdocusCTO data is stored in the US (AWS datacenter). More on AWS security. AdocusCTO uses Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) to store user data in the cloud. AdocusCTO encrypts the database data stored on AdocusCTO's Amazon RDS DB instance under a customer master key (CMK) in AWS KMS. User data is retained only as long as it is necessary to properly operate the AdocusCTO application.
AdocusCTO operates "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE," without liability of any kind. AdocusCTO is not responsible for events beyond our direct control.
